Forest MD is based in Singapore.
Forest MD products are formulated and produced in Singapore and South Korea.
Forest MD products are available exclusively at www.forest-md.com and at IYAC Medspa in Singapore.
Forest MD products do not contain any parabens, propylene glycol, petrolatum, sodium lauryl sulfate, colouring agents or mineral oil. Our products prioritise the health and well-being of your skin by avoiding potentially irritating ingredients.
Forest MD products do not contain synthetic fragrances. Our fragrances are derived solely from natural sources found within our products. Natural fragrances are crafted from materials such as essential oils and plant extracts, offering a lighter scent without synthetic chemicals. They may have a shorter shelf-life and can subtly evolve over time. We prioritise natural fragrances over synthetic ones due to their gentle nature and avoidance of potentially harmful chemicals commonly found in synthetic fragrances.
None of our products has been tested on animals. What’s more, our entire line has been certified 100% cruelty-free by PETA.
Forest MD products have been specifically designed for sensitive skin. They have been successfully used in trials on customers with atopic and sensitive skin for a number of years.
All Forest MD products are free of potential skin irritants like parabens, propylene glycol, petrolatum, sodium lauryl sulfate, synthetic fragrances or colouring agents, and mineral oil.
While every effort has been taken to ensure our formulations are as non-irritating as possible, in the unlikely event that you experience skin irritation after using one of our products, we recommend you discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
All Forest MD products are safe to use while nursing.
Forest MD products are also suitable for use during pregnancy, except the Nutrient Serum, Stem Cell Repair Essence and Blemish Control Essence.

As Forest MD products contain a high percentage of natural products, they have been packaged in airless pump bottles designed to minimise contact between the unused product and the atmosphere to maximise freshness. Making such containers out of glass would be less practicable, and also involve a higher carbon footprint than making it from plastic. We also considered that shipping glass, which is heavier, would result in a higher carbon footprint, and that glass would involve higher risk of wastage due to breakage and danger to the consumer from broken glass if the product were damaged in transit.
To keep our products fresher for longer, they are packaged in frosted airless pump bottles which minimise exposure to sunlight and air until the product is dispensed. Our products can last two years if left unopened or for six months after opening.
We restock our products regularly, so if something you want is out of stock, please check back in a month’s time to see if it’s available.

We are using PayPal as a payment gateway. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. Select “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” when prompted, if you do not have a Paypal account.
You will receive an email, containing the order confirmation number, shortly after you’ve completed your purchase.
You will be able to check your order status via My Account > Orders if your order was made while you were signed in. Your order status should reflect “Processing” or “Completed”, and you will receive an order confirmation via email within an hour of placing your order.

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, and seek your understanding in having your orders processed or shipped out the next working day.
Forest MD’s products are intended for personal and non-commercial use only. In the event of a bulk purchase, Forest MD reserves the right to conduct transaction verification processes relating to your order, reduce the quantity of your order, or decline your order.
We ship locally in Singapore, and internationally to destinations covered by DHL (e.g. Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Brunei, Australia, United Kingdom, USA)
Our standard delivery is $10 for local orders of $149.99 and below. Local orders of $150 and above are eligible for free shipping. These are calculated based on total order cost (after all discounts are applied).
We aim to deliver local orders within 3 working days, but may take additional time during sale periods.
Self-collection is also available at IYAC Medspa, 1 Orchard Boulevard, #06-04 Camden Medical, Singapore 248649, during our operating hours, once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.
For overseas orders, please get in touch with us at customercare@forest-md.com to get a shipping fee estimate, before placing your order online. A shipping fee will need to be paid separately regardless of the value of your order.
Once your order is processed, a WhatsApp message will be sent to inform you of the delivery date and the estimated delivery timing.

Our courier partner will give you a call if no one is home to receive the parcel. With your permission, your parcel may be left at your door step. Forest MD will not be liable for missing or damaged parcels delivered in this manner.
